In our Face Academy we invite you to face fitness. Yes, yes! Because our mimetic muscles are active whole day – it is the part of the body which is especially prone to get wrinkled. Of course you use your favourite cream for day and night, but you need to know that you can do more. And this ‘more’ will last not more than 5-10 minutes a day. But you can enjoy effects for many years. So… it’s exercise time!
What can I gain?
Beauty and prolonged youth: exercise facial muscles will help to model oval of the face, firm cheeks, smooth neck and even reduce folds on eyelids or double chin. Do you know that condition of 50 muscles decides how our face looks like? Forty of them allows us to express emotions – we call them mimetic muscles. Properly exercised, strengthened with diet and cosmetics determine how our skin look. Muscle cramps, caused by exercises increase blood circulation and distribute oxygen in the skin. Proper skin strengthening delays aging process. As you see systematic exercises may give even greater results than invasive aesthetic medicine treatments.
How to do it properly?
You need only 5-10 minutes a day. Like in every physical activity, face exercises also need to be systematic. One time activity will give you nothing. To make a habit of it you need a little bit of patience. You can exercise in the morning or in the evening. It will become a habit in no time!
